Total Home of Florida, LLC (“Total Home FL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may send SMS / text messages to customers and prospective customers who have provided their phone number and explicitly opted in to receive text messages from us.
Program Description
Total Home of Florida sends text messages related to home remodeling inquiries and active projects: appointment confirmations and reminders, project status updates, scheduling changes, quote follow-ups, material order status, and replies to your questions.
How to Opt In
You opt in to receive SMS messages from Total Home of Florida by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form at totalhomefla.com or by texting START to a number provided to you by a Total Home representative.
Message Frequency
Typically 2-10 messages per month during an active project. Fewer when no project is active.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message from Total Home of Florida at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.
